of september. The form should be accompained by a passport size photograph of the student, an attested zerox copy of the students date of birth certificate and a bank draft
(Punjab National Bank/ State Bank of India) of Rs. 5,000/- (Non-Refundable) in favour of: Principal, Dalhousie Public School, Dalhousie. The school will then inform the parents regarding the date for the Entrance Test held in Oct /Nov, each year. In case of students arriving from foreign countries some felexibility is exercised in the dates of the Entrance tests provided the principal is informed well in time. Registration of the student does not automactically guarantee admisson into the school.

PROCEDURE FOR ADMISSION

At the kindergarten level, students are admitted on the basis of the first come-first served for the numbers of seats available.

For all other classes i.e., class one onwards, students are required to appear for an Entrance Test. This test is held in Oct./Nov. each year, for admisson in the following academic year. Whilst the Entrance test forms the basis of selection , it is not the sole criterion and does not gurantee admission. The school reserves the right to reject any prospective student.

Upon receiving a letter of confirmation of admission of their child, parents are required to send:
The first instalment of the fees by PNB/SBI bank draft in favour of :" Principal, Dalhousie Public School,Dalhousie". latest by December 30.

The documents mentioned below are required to be furnished at the time of admission at the School in March of the following year :

1. A School Leaving Certificate duly countersigned by the DEO/ CBSE authorised signatory.

2. Admission form with photographs of parents and those permitted by the parents to visit the child. (Admission form and School Regulations sheet will be forwarded for completion & parents signature's to students who are selected to join the School .) If the parents desire that none other than those whose photographs pasted on the admission form should be permitted to meet their child then a special endorsement must be made on the admission form.

3. A copy of the School Regulations read and signed by the parent.

4. A Date-of-Birth Certificate.

5. A physical fitness Certificate from a physician.

6. A certificate from an eye-specialist.

7. A certificate from a Dentist.
